In this Int/Adv class, we will cover a saucy 122 BPM choreography with lots of footwork and glides! Come challenge yourself! Even if you don’t feel like you are at an advanced level yet, you will be able to walk away from this class with a solid grasp of glide concepts that you can work into your flow.

There are no refunds for missed classes. Once the reservation has been purchased, it is the students responsibility to arrive at class and be on time. Missed time will not be made up in order to keep the rest of the class moving on schedule.

Make sure to wear breathable clothes and bring water. There is no water fountain at the studio and you’re gonna be getting your sweat on!
Parking is free on the street and usually easy to find this time of night.
