An understanding of how to create + maintain clean, aesthetic lines and silhouettes with your body
The knowledge of how to flow freely in your fem energy as you ooze your way from one move to the next
The answer to the age-old question: "What do I do with my arms??"

Meet Your Instructor:
RJ Carrier, from New Baltimore, Michigan, first discovered his passion for dance when he moved to Seattle in the Fall of 2019. Since then, he’s trained heavily with ZTHEORY and proudly considers himself a product of the ZTHEORY training pipeline. He has gone on to perform with the Seattle-based companies such as Valtesse, Maison De V, and Purple Lemonade, as well as performing with ZTHEORY up and down the West Coast.

HEELS ARE WELCOME, BUT NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS! You can bring your sexy self in sweatpants and sneakers if that's what makes you feel confident - these moves can be fun and transformational without perching yourself on top of platforms 😘

Prerequisites for this class:
None :) Total beginners are welcome <3

There are no refunds for missed classes. Once the reservation has been purchased, it is the students responsibility to arrive at class and be on time. Missed time will not be made up in order to keep the rest of the class moving on schedule.
