Virtual Classes (live)
Real-time Zoom classes will happen twice every week, each one lasting 60-75 minutes. The same class will repeat on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings to accommodate for different schedules and time zones - but feel free to attend both classes for extra drill time :)
We will dive into a variety of topics that range from drilling new moves, to creative workshopping of freestyle concepts, and short choreographies.
Recordings of the classes will be included with your purchase, so you can keep these forever.
Practice guides
Comprehensive practice planners will help you structure your practice sessions between classes, so you always know WHAT to practice, and what order you should practice things in to get the best results.
Check your progress against the weekly goals to see what you need to work on most, or what you should ask for help with during your next coaching check-in.

This is a 6-week program that starts on 1/14/2025. All of the classes will be via Zoom, and the community group will be on Facebook.
Once you purchase the program, hang tight until January 7th (1 week before the first class) - you will be emailed all of the codes, links, and detailed information about how to participate in the bootcamp at that time :)

Nope - this one is for all-out beginners who want to start strong by building a solid foundation that will support them throughout their entire shuffle journey

The classes will occur twice a week - on Tuesday evening, and Saturday morning - to accommodate different time zones and schedules.
Remember - recordings of every class are available to you FOREVER, so even if you miss a class live, you can still do it on your own time later.

We would recommend any comfortable sneakers with a smooth sole to get you started. Down the road, you may want to invest in some more supportive shoes like Air Force 1’s or other similar styes.

All classes are recorded so you can take it on your own time when you are ready!
You can pre-submit videos and questions for Cisco & Jasper to discuss during the coaching calls. Recordings of the calls will be available to everyone afterwards, so you can get your feedback even if you couldn’t tune into the live call.

This curriculum is designed to accommodate a variety of learning speeds and styles. As long as you make the time to practice (3-4x/ week), you will be able to keep up just fine!
For those wanting more challenge, additional tutorials will be included each week to supplement your learning.
This is YOUR program, so work through the extra materials at a pace that feels digestible to you, and remember you can always repeat classes and homework as many times as you want to at home.
